uMediaPlay is provided strictly "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will work flawlessly with every file format on every device. Because playback relies entirely on your browser's underlying media engine, performance is subject to your local hardware and software configuration.

2. Copyright Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the media you choose to play using this tool. Since uMediaPlay operates entirely client-side, we have no mechanism to police, monitor, or verify the copyright status of the files you open. You agree to use the application in compliance with all applicable local laws regarding copyright and digital media.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creators of uMediaPlay be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the use of the software.
